Aircontech M-Tool
The Aircontech GmbH develops customized HVAC solutions that are used in a variety of applications, including vehicle cabins, control cabinets, and charging station infrastructure. Various controllers developed by Aircontech are used, each requiring specific tools for firmware transmission. Additionally, the systems need to be parameterized and carefully tested in prototype development.
These tasks can be easily accomplished using our developed M-Tool (Maintenance Tool), as it encapsulates the various tools for firmware transmission. The tool utilizes special project files that contain firmware, communication parameters, supported actuators, sensors, and system states.
Everything in one project file
The M-Tool supports its own project file format, in which the firmware for all ECUs of a system, as well as communication parameters, parameters for firmware transmission, actuators, sensors, and states, are defined.
Simple Firmware Transmission
The M-Tool encapsulates the transmission tools for various controls. With a single click, the firmware is transferred to the control using the correct tool and parameters.
The tool currently supports serial communication as well as communication via a CAN bus. Thanks to its flexible architecture, additional communication channels can be supported at any time.
Actuators, Sensors, States, and More
Through the actuators defined in the project file, control elements of the system can be managed. For example, the compressor, heater, or condenser fan can be individually controlled.
Sensor values, such as temperatures and pressures, are displayed in large tiles for clarity. The numerous states provided by a system for diagnostic purposes can be searched and filtered in a list.
